  Received incorrect item. Contacted the seller who offered to send me the correct one or a refund. I’ve had to chase the company once again as I’ve heard nothing back and not received the correct item or had a refund. Poor customer service. Wouldn’t advise ordering from this shop.

  Apologies for the initial mix-up, the wrong item was sent by mistake. As soon as I was contacted, I offered both a full refund and to send the correct item, which I did. I also followed up with messages including tracking info, but received no further reply from the buyer. I always aim to provide fast, fair service and do everything I can to make things right. Happy to resolve any remaining concerns if the buyer gets back in touch.
