Welcome to St. John's Hospice Online Charity Shop.

St John’s Hospice is a local charity that provides free palliative care to patients with life shortening conditions throughout North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire. It costs us over £5 million a year to run the hospice, with only around one third being provided by government funding. The remaining two thirds must be raised through fundraising and donations from our supporters and the local community.

We sell a fantastic range of extra special pre-loved items, all donated by our amazing supporters. Our dedicated team makes sure that all of our listings are accurate and informative, so you can bid with confidence to ensure that as much funds as possible is raised for the hospice.

    Fast postage. As described, although not mentioned they were seconds. Packaging was poor as there was only a small square of bubble wrap between each plate, which didn't even cover the plate. Luckily the package arrived safely, as any major shock would have resulted in the crushing of that minimal padding and the plates potentially breaking. The box itself has plenty of paper padding.

    Book has arrived ! So pleased either it ! It’s a hardback and in a sleeve and just like new!! Very pleased indeed! The tracking was incorrect saying that I had received it but I dropped a wee line to the seller and turned checked and got back to me right away!! Really good of them!! Couldn’t have been nicer!!
