    This first delivery, they sent the wrong item, However they were true to thir word and supplied a pre-paid returns label. The refund came into my account within the specified time. Very happy with the trader for taking prompt action. How they sent out the wrong item is a mystery as they wrote the name of the right item on the delivery note, even though it read differently.
