    Seller listed this item as a hardcover I specifically bought here instead of buying the half price paperback as I collect hardcover for my bookcase. Seller sent me a paperback when recieved I contacted seller and their response was "thankyou for making me aware of the error on my listing and description" did not refund or apologise. I cannot return the book as I am disabled and unable to leave my house. I have decided to delete my ebay account too many scammers on Ebay now. AVOID !!!!!!!!

    This negative feedback is not a true reflection of the service we provided and we are still happy to arrange for the collection of this item. Our response was: "I will arrange for Royal Mail to collect this item from you so you do not need to leave your home. Please advise of a convenient day for this to happen and I will get it actioned for you and a full refund processed. The error was no scam, just an honest mistake which we again apologise for and thank you for bringing to our attention."
