The property it was delivered to was unoccupied, I could see my package through the window, but couldn't retrieve it. The seller sent me out another item to an alternative address.   I bought 2 bottles. I received the wrong one. I contacted them and they resolved the error. They gave me 2 options: return the 2 bottles or replace the wrong bottle.
