  This item was well packed and arrived on time but unfortunately not the 2.5ton lift I orded but with that said they was quick to respond wantting parcel numbers they said it was their suppliers fault but still couldn't supply me with what I had orded . I did agree to take the second best only because the cumuication was excellent from them.try to resolve the problem
