The seller didn't package the item with enough care; it arrived broken into 2 parts. I shared a photo & was kind about the situation. A refund is obviously required, though. I had no intention of leaving negative feedback, despite the bad experience. But the seller tried to violate the eBay Money Back Guarantee for buyers who receive damaged items, both (1) by trying to make me arrange & pay for return shipping, & (2) by gaslighting the refund. eBay support was great & had my back. Buyer beware.

Whatever you do, avoid this seller!!! They will take your money, not ship your item and not respond to any messages you send! I have been waiting 6 weeks for my ($300) item to be shipped from their store with no response to any messages. AVOID THIS SELLER, SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND STRESS.
