  Comms with the seller was good, however let down by Evri. They damaged or lost one of the items and it’s vanished the 2nd box looked like it had been in a fight and arrived very late. However had a refund via eBay and the seller help throughout the process. I would use again, just choose not to ship with Evri !!

  Ordered this yesterday and I got it already, wow! Only took 26hours from placing the order to delivery. credit to the seller as it was bubble-wrapped well. Product is just as described, works a treat and every kitchen should have it. Bare in mind the grinding bit must be free from salt/pepper before you can adjust it, otherwise it will get stuck. Let's hope it'll have a long life as well.
