    I contacted the seller because I hadn’t heard anything from them. They told me they were sending the items out to me. They then contacted me to let me know something had been damaged in packing the items. I was a bit disappointed but couldn’t do anything about it. The seller was very prompt at giving me a refund. I just wonder if I’d have been contacted if I hadn’t set the ball moving?
