  Despite being described as new, this item arrived still usable but badly battered, shipped in a plastic bag with no protection and an Amazon gift note. To my complaint this seller sent a form email denying they use any other online seller and offering to refund. If they will lie about using other retailers, I do not believe they will actually refund.. I use eBay to avoid the other retailer and resent this seller charging a markup when I still receive the same damaged Amazon packed item
