  Unfortunately I have not received anything after placing the order on the 24th May (now 9th June). On 29th May I received a message stating there was something wrong with their company's Internet and did I still want their order, my reply has gone completely ignored. Even if WiFi wasn't working, would you not be able to access your eBay account via your personal phone? I do want the order - but where's the update/communication? Your store is still selling loads of items with no warning or this!

  I placed my order in May and was contacted by this seller as they had no internet. Did I want a refund or would I wait? I said I was happy to wait as I did want the item. Then weeks later I received a message that they were up and running and getting through the backlog. After a week or two I messaged them about my item and silence ensued which made me concerned. Their site is still there. In the end I contacted eBay, hoping this would prompt a response. Nothing, so eBay stepped in. Refund given
