  The item took 30 days to arrive after my payment. It was only sent after I reminded the seller. Communication was poor. The zap number was wrong, an extra letter was added. The item size wasn't what I ordered, I ordered a 8.5cm patch, I received a 10cm one. I would leave zero stars if there was the option. Avoid this seller.

  Buyer purchased product on 25 dec and was delivered 3 weeks later not 30 days, in light of both Christmas and new year, not unreasonable delivery time for a hand made custom product. I’m only one person holding down 2 jobs and a family. Patch was made incorrectly and full refund was provided immediately, also agreed with buyer to provide replacement free of charge. Unsure about communication issue, responded to all customer messages promptly.
