The initial splashback was delivered very promptly & very well packaged. Unfortunately on unwrapping the splashback I noticed it had fixing holes, I actually ordered one without holes. As the company was local to me I decided to call them to see if I could swap it over explaining to the boss that I had to cut it into 3 pieces, well he cut it for me ready to pick up the next morning. Fantastic service from very nice people. I would most certainly recommend this excellent company.
