About us
Founded in 2012, we are a Sheffield based charity raising funds and awareness for stroke research education and community support. Our charity shop is based in Sheffield and we have been trading in the City Centre for the last 10 years. We sell many different items ranging from clothing, bric-a-brac, furniture, shoes, books, jewellery, toys, accessories, vintage items and much more.
100% of our profits go to Sheffield Hospitals Charity Stroke Appeal. The core mission of Sheffield Hospitals Charity is to enhance the care and treatment of patients accessing NHS services in Sheffield, by supporting high priority areas beyond the scope of government funding.
Over the years Sheffield Hospitals Charity has funded clinical and research nurses within the Stroke Care Pathway, as well as an activity coordinator. The support of these roles means that nurses can dedicate time to research, encourage patients to participate in innovative trials and gives access to new technologies and treatments.
