  The item was delivered the wrong address and wasn t recovered. The delivery company did not make any effort to recover the parcel. I had to contact the seller to resolve the issue. The seller was very responsive and offered me a full refund or resend another similar product in which I accepted. The similar item was resent and arrived within the next few days. I definitely recommend this seller to everyone but totally unsatisfied with the delivery company and ebay of handling this matter.
