I cannot fault this seller. He approved my request to return a faulty/broken unit without hesitation and replace it with another unit that I haven't tested yet (Because the product is currently getting sent to another country). I paid more than double the price to return from overseas to the UK plus two outbound shipments to UAE. I could have just bought a brand-new one instead of refurbished, but this product is not sold in the UAE so I had no other choice. Overall, 5 stars for customer service
