Requested to change to neutral - make what you want of that! My explanation was 100% accurate (they didn’t dispute that) but they sold me something that was not available. I then had to go and look for another one after thinking I had secured the present I needed. Luckily I checked my notifications soon after. Seller doesn’t say how long it was being advertised after it was sold elsewhere (which I queried). Their communication has been reduced as they haven’t answered that after asking twice
