  Seller sent the package quickly and it was well packaged. The ebay item title and description clearly said the item was a 'P' model and mentioned in no uncertain terms it provided PoE capabilities. Upon inspection it didn't have PoE and was therefore of no use to me. Seller communication was quick and concise. Seller gracefully accepted the return and refund. Errors happen, while inconvenient it is how the mistake is corrected that matters and I lost nothing due to this mistake but time. Thanks!
