Cannot praise this seller enough. Ordered a notebook with no engraving and they messaged to ask what engraving I’d like (as this is obviously what most people have), so I decided to get it engraved. Received this notebook within 2 days and when it arrived, I opened it and did not like the engraving as it wasn’t in gold like my wykeham shop diary. Consequently I contacted the seller who arranged for a plain replacement notebook to be sent as I had originally ordered. This came the very next day.
