  Unfortunately I ordered a drinks fridge but upon unpacking it became apparent that I had been sent a freezer which was a huge disappointment to say the very least. The seller was contacted who requested photos of the unit and the box. Once the photos were sent the seller arranged for the unit to be collected and a refund was issued two days later. Other than sending the wrong item I am pleased with how the whole episode was handled.

  The item was as described and although a refurbished unit the only mark I could find was a small 'crush' mark on the top right hand corner of the door. Plugged it in a couple of hours ago and it's already quite cold. Delivery was a little slow and it looks like Evri were to blame, otherwise a smooth transaction. Very pleased.

  Item arrived with a massive dent on the rear corner (see photo) which happened during transit. When approached all they said was "it is a Grade C refurb so damage is always possible" offering £10.00 and refusing to accept it happened in transit. My advice AVOID and NEVER buy anything from them!
