Seller acted fast with a potential problem with Royal Mail - as in RM were set to deliver parcel that day but then sent it away & down country for some inexplicable reason, I informed the seller & he offered to send another reel of bubble gasket asap, luckily parcel was intercepted and returned for delivery the following day. Well I was a little surprised as I was expecting a box like the picture suggests but arrived in a small flattish box and the nails were just inside in a clear plastic bag with a few bits of strips of 10mm brads inside but they will do the job but just not the way or what I was expecting to arrive
