Ordered 3 x 10m2 of 10mm underlay on the 1st September for delivery on 3-4th September. This sadly is not what happened. I received 2x 15m2 of 10mm underlay on 8th September. After repeated attempts to contact this company I have still received no response so feel this is the only way to get their attention. I might also add that the price I was charged was £98.67 yet the price charged for what I received is £87.38. A very different price. Would not recommend this seller unfortunately
