Great seller who was very patient with me and helped with some issues with tracking/delivery. Royal Mail pushed through a card to say that not enough postage had been paid, so I had to pay £3 and arrange a redelivery. But considering how great value the boots are, not too bothered about that, it was more that it caused some confusion. Overall great experience, the boots are gorgeous and would happily purchase from Sue'sPrelovedFootwear again.
