Mouse Mat arrived folded, bent and kinked in the rubber so unusable. I reported this and was offered a partial refund??? For something unusable! I asked if this could be re-sent FLAT and was told it would be better to refund as it may get damaged on the way again? So they are unable to cut a piece of cardboard out and stick it in a flat envelope? Then a follow up message asking me not to leave negative feedback. Well feedback is a true reflection on a buyers experience…which was negative.
