Paid for what I wanted, it was marked shipped within 12 hours. 3 days later I get a message saying "Don't have it". Said cancel, received an offer for a $3 refund if I accepted the bait and switch. Said cancel. Upped the offer to $5. Said cancel. And filed a case with PayPal to ensure I got the refund. eBay has received a report on this seller.
