  The person is a cheat, if you send them a bid they will not accept it instead they will just send you the stuff and charge your card. To top it off he wanted me to pay for tariffs. These people went to the lengths to refund for tariffs and say get the supply and then you can return it to us we will send you a return label but ever since I have received the supply I keep asking for a return label they don't respond. BE AWARE of them, they will LIE.
