Item was posted two weeks after it was paid for- arrived days after the event I had ordered them for, meaning i had to purchase an alternative pair of boots on the day of the event locally (that were not what I had in mind but had to make do!). No apology given for late postage and no communication re refund. Opened a request through Ebay. Disappointing service and wouldn't buy from again. Unprofessional and unreliable. Boots were also packaged poorly.

Absolutely stunning dress measurements are correct the only criticism I have is I had no updates whatsoever I contacted seller countless times only to be ignored I had to contact the delivery company and chase them in order to find out where my parcel was delivery was late due to bank holiday but no one had the decency to update me even now seller still hasn’t bothered to contact me back I have found this dress with other sellers so if I was anyone I’d use a different seller
