    I ordered purple blue beads but the seller sent purple beads. They asked for a picture of the beads so I sent a picture but they said the beads were purple blue. The pictures show purple beads, purple blue beads and the beads I received. The seller wanted more pictures but I was ill so I had to leave things as they were. I don't think the seller had purple blue beads so they sent purple beads thinking I wouldn't know the difference.

    it's not ture.i explained that the purple blue are very slightly different from purple. i listed separately just incase somebody bought before. i definitely sent you the right beads as we have code on each item. i said you could send it back and I will pay you. but you keep asking how I should sort it out. i dont really understand what you want.

    Received this plant and it wasn’t in good condition due to Royal Mail not delivering it within the 48 hours they was supposed, seller was very good as I reached out about my problem and was able to get a partial refund which I’m happy with 😊 this plant can grow quickly and is good to propagate from but we reached to a good mutual understanding to the partial refund.
