She blamed eBay 4 overage, claimed packing materials/time, but used Macy’s box, scant packing mats.   I am sorry you weren't happy with the shipping of your Tureen. It was fragile and in order to keep it from moving inside the box you need to pack it tight with no room for wiggling. It arrived to you without any breakage, so I am not sure why you're upset about the packaging. As far as the shipping charge, I explained that the initial cost is an estimate from ebay, not me personally. I offered you a $20.00 refund which you've never requested on the eBay app. I'm sorry you are unhappy.
