  Purchased 2 pairs of acrylic book ends from sunnytekz, however, on arrival. 1 pair had been damaged in shipping, I contacted the seller, who responded almost immediately, promising to send out replacements. The replacement pieces arrived, as promised with 4 days. The communication and customer service from sunnytekz absolutely top class, 5 star! For what was relatively inexpensive bookends....superb.
