  My experience the shoes I ordered were 38. They arrived and I couldn't get them on as although the label said 38 there were at least 2 sizes too small. I contacted the seller and she Lena asked me for a photograph of the size label which I did send.Her response ( Currently, no one has reported this issue.We cannot provide a full refund without returning the item.Sorry for any inconvenience caused) *Then nothing no contact at all.* So I contacted Ebay and they sent me a returns label.
