  Very unprofessional and rude! Staff are impossible to talk to, they sent me a damaged product (the whole rear mat was torn) and immediately blamed customers, saying “everyone opens with a knife.” Most likely scammers – they don’t secure packages, then lie about photos of delivery. When I asked to see the proof, they responded rudely and offered just £10 for damage worth 50% of the product. Avoid this seller at all costs!

  Very Rude customer, firstly they made a claim saying package was delivered in pieces when we can see clearly it was delivered in 1 piece, then they are saying it was damaged and asked for 50% refund. We told to return for full refund but they keep asking for money back. Also item looks like damaged while opening. We offered replacement for £10 postage fees and they are asking full mat replacement for £10, unreal and very unrealistic, please just return the mat for full refund.

  A good supplier, sadly let down by Evri - again. I don't know of any reason to use Evri except price. They just lie. They said they couldn't deliver because they couldn't get access to the secure locker - despite the package being supposed to be delivered to my home address. Their next message said the package was at the sender's local Evri hub. And when they did finally deliver, it was left on our doorstep in plain view and the didn't knock or ring the bell. We were in.

  The customer service is very unprofessional, the Matt’s come damaged and stained, when asked for a resolution I was given a refund quote for them to turn around and say the refund is no longer valid, and they put the refund price down to £5? They also said the damage is not noticeable which it is but that’s not the case at all. If you buy something new you expect an immaculate condition

  Hi there, Sorry to hear this. There was 1 tiny dot which you can only see if you zoom in. We did offer reasonable partial refund. As you bought red mat, the tiny dot might have been visible due to the heat on packaging due to the hot weather here in UK but you can't even see it properly.   Item was advertised as in stock however directly after purchase seller advised of a 1 to 3 weeks approx wait time. A little naughty however if I was not happy with that I could have a refund. I was happy to wait. Item arrived well packaged, easy to fit, it will of course relax more once in position. Photos are immediately after fitting I’ll probably wait a week or so and see how the air con settles them in before trying anything else to relax them into place but the size seems to fit well.
