    Remote did not work, seller blamed TVs ir reciever however when proven to be wrong said it was another(non described) issue with the TV. Very passive agressive communication. The worst seller i have ever dealt with.He also wanted me to pay to send item back but I raised a refund with Ebay and got this sorted.

    Pardon me for replying to an incomplete story which describes only what the buyer wants people to believe. I sent the customer 2 remotes neither worked so after 50 years experience it was a clear case of faulty tv. I asked the buyer to return them at his cost because they were not faulty but his tv. His attitude changed completely and opened a return. When ONLY ONE OF THE TWO REMOTES was returned low and behold it worked perfectly. THE BUYER KEPT ONE OF THE TWO REMOTES HOW NICE OF HIM🤣🤣

    How dare you question my integrity! Both remotes were sent back as they were of no use to me as they did not work. I folled your instructions to change the address on your envelope and repost using your initial postage paymet( which is fraudulent and theft). I suppose you reap what you sow. Maybe if you had of been honest and paid for postage you would have recieved your returned item. Honesty and integrity is lways the best course of action however that obviously eludes you. All the best!
