Seller wasn’t responsive when shipping was delayed. No cordial follow up or explanation. Had to ask ebay for a refund. Refund granted. Customer service from superbuys21 was 0. I understand sometimes things get delayed, but the lack of communication, the lies and the understanding, I d never recommend this seller again.

Seller was very friendly and seemed happy to answer all of my questions before I made my purchase. Overall, the packing was done well and about 97% arrived in very good condition. A handful of jewel cases were cracked during the shipping process, but that’s expected for an order of this size. So far I’ve sorted through half my shipment, and I’d say I’ve received an acceptable amount of resellable releases and even a handful of gems. Looking forward to future transactions!
