  Item doesn’t work as described, no signals no tv channels, tried many times to resolve this with seller, finally they offered a partial refund in US DOLLARS which I accepted then refunded the same amount in AUD Dollars and said sorry we made a mistake with the dollars, but refused to pay the balance refund, very disappointed as I have a very good eBay rating and and would never do this to someone, do not recommend buying from these people who try to scam you

  i have already told you for many times you paid with Australia dollars not US dollars why should i pay the money back to you in US dollar? if you want more money just return the goods back it is meaningless to play trick here and your negative feedback will only show you are a shameless and poor people don't feel disgusting of yourself ?
