    Terrible service or lack of service rather. Zero communication to say the parcel hadn’t even been dispatched and a full 14 days have past since requesting the item. The item as small as it is shouldn’t take more than 3-5 days to be delivered via 2nd class Royal Mail. I have requested a refund and expressed my upset 2 full days ago which has not been acknowledged.
