  The condition of this cream bronzer in no way is the seller's responsibility. When these two packs arrived May 1, 2025 both had melted. I assume this is due to the delay in processing after the seller had shipped. The bronzer gel had leaked out of the containers into the shipping bag. I have refrigerated the one that had the most still in the container. I am NOT requesting a refund.

  If this is the situation, all you would do is message us the issue and we would immediately send you out another package the next day. The product went out new and fresh. We can't control how the USPS handles the package, but we always make it right with our customers! No need to be negative.
