I did not want that colour, when ti asked for another colour they sent it but it was damaged. In trying yo resolve it they wanted me to keep damaged item with £1.50 refund. Nonsense. Not worth dealing with. Will not listen to reason

Contacted the seller as soon as I opened the parcel. The item DOESN’T fit an iPad 7th generation and they wouldn’t accept that it doesn’t. I gave evidence that it didn’t fit so the item was not fit for purpose. It took over week before they would give me a full refund. I was happy to send the item back to them but I wasn’t going to pay for postage. Product is not fit for purpose for the device I wanted it for.
