    unfortunately the parcel delivered today was badly packaged, flimsy with a tear at the bottom and one of the 4 phials was emptied of its content, another has its cap undoing, and inside the wet envelop a smells with roses. I have to return it and be refunded. I expect from this seller that the delivery of 500ml of rose water in one bottle shall be properly and securely packed. I had several times bought from this seller whom I used to be pleased about the service. I hope I will again.
