Item as described but evri wasn’t a decent company to use for items to be delivered as the courier left the item downstairs near main entrance and had to check the status of order on evri site and that’s when I noticed they left it inside the main entrance but didn’t even buzz my door bell to inform parcel had come but in general the seller was fantastic

Delivery horrendous/illiterate/incompetent/unprofessional/ even took a photo of her/himself throwing the parcel over the garden gate!30 metres from front door and my chosen safe place !that other delivery firm leave if not at home!!your chosen delivery people are horrendous!i will now check who the delivery firm is before i make any future purchase.

Unfortunately item arrived damaged, not 100% sellers fault.. ( bit better packaging in future) but otherwise item could have been good. But due o damaged item wasn't suitable for purpose.. full refund was issued.
