The seller Issued a refund for 3 of the cartridges but refused to pay a refund for the fourth because I opened it. How else to find out it didn't fit?? And the seller refused to pay a refund for the printer drum, which was shipped back in the exact same box it came in along with the cartridges. WATCH OUT for this seller.
