I know that this was not your fault, however I received the package and the shipping bag had cuts in it and upon opening it the was kinda crushed with the lid broken and the seal half way torn open, however the contents did not seem to be damaged in any way, this was just rough handling by the shipper it looks like something quite heavy was dropped on it in the shipping process.
