  Absolutely awful seller, avoid! Shoes were not as described. When I requested a return, they claimed they "couldn't" send a return label despite it being a standard Ebay service and wanted me to mail the item at my expense first to what looked like another customer in Ireland then one in Netherlands-with some vague assurances of a refund later. When i refused they offered a 30%, then 50% then 60% discount which gives you an idea of value of goods. Finally.got a refund when Ebay stepped in.

  I took the initiative to give you a refund and ebay has nothing to do with it, you ungrateful person, it's really unlucky to meet you, I hope you go out and be careful not to be struck by lightning
