When I reached out to the seller they said they had a receipt for shipment, and later sent me a picture of the returned item. I went to the post office and they said they had no idea why it had been stamped vacant. Then, replacement becomes essential, and with many vendors offering everything under the sun for their used and abused replacement products, it becomes "Shopper Beware." Super Saver Solutions had the best replacement product on e-bay, and I was completely satisfied with the replacement remote. For $5-10 value items, it makes no economic sense to ship them with tracking as it costs more than the value of the item itself. For the Buyers, I would request them to consider buying other paid shipping options at the time of checkout, which deliver much much faster and come with full tracking. Thank you
