My item was dispatched but lost or delivered to the wrong address by the courier. After contacting the seller who checked with the courier they issued a full refund. While I did not get the item they dealt with things very quickly so I have no problems with the seller. I have purchased a replacement item from the seller and await its arrival. For information the couriers in question were Yodel (Evri) according to the "completed delivery" confirmation email. AVOID using them at all costs.
