Family Run Business

The first Superpet store opened its doors in New Milton on a gloriously sunny day in 1983. With Tony heading up the family, all five of the children worked in the shop at some point, both after school and during the school holidays.

With the New Milton shop a success, the family business soon began to expand. In 1993 the Christchurch branch was opened, with Joe, the eldest son taking responsibility for the day to day running of the shop upon leaving school. From an early age Joe had displayed a real aptitude for the business and was keen to be involved and learn the ropes from Tony. With Joe’s business drive, keen attention to detail and knowledge, it was a natural progression for Joe to take on a Director’s role within Superpet.

If it's important to you to buy genuine Yakers chews you can totally trust this seller. Another seller I approached who showed a Yakers box in his description would not confirm he supplied genuine Yakers chews, making various excuses! Always worth checking.

    I DIDN`T COMMUNICATE WITH THE SELLER PERSONALLY. THE SACK THE NUTS WERE DELIVERED IN WAS SLIGHTLY DAMAGED AT THE NECK.- SOMEONE HAD PUT THE SACK OF PEANUTS INTO A CLEAR PLASTIC SACK, AND SECURED WITHA CABLE TIE. WAS THIS THE SELLER ? WAS THIS ROYAL MAIL ? I HAVE NO IDEA. I DON`T BELIEVE ANY OF THE CONTENTS WERE LOST IN TRANSIT. NONE OF THE PEANUTS SUFFERED DURING THIS PROCESS, THEY WERE QUITE HAPPY TO BE DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS.

    The item was as described. Unfortunately, when the item's dispatch was delayed, the seller did not communicate with me and I had to open a 'chasing' process via Ebay. It was resolved in the end when the item was delivered over a week later but it would have been a better experience if the seller had bothered to engage directly with me along the way, because they never did.

    I ordered this item on another site, it did not arrive. I got a refund. On previous exp I have used this seller before and they were very good. On this occasion there was a significant delay in receiving this item. Nearly 3 weeks. Not processed by the Seller or lost by another Courier. Seems Unlikely. I think replacement was resent as this arrived much quicker. I did not want to leave negative feedback, not impressed with the service as I could not track the item and no updates given.
