  Order taken in white. Seller offered alternative colours. Agreed to change of colour. Long delivery date was known at time of order but item did not arrive by the latest delivery date. Notified seller who immediately refunded. Product has now arrived so looking at ways to pay. Product which eventually arrived was in full retail packaging - looks a quality item and performs well albeit one of sticky tabs which hold magnets in place for the cable end was not stuck down - now pressed in place.

  Note this listing is only for the plate that connects to the camera/lens, the clamp that holds the plate is not included. However, when I flagged this with the seller they were quick to resolve the issue to my satisfaction and I understand they are updating the images on the listing. So I would still recommend the seller and will be ordering further items from them myself.
