Bad experience. The vendor only half heartedly explained that Yodel were upgrading their software when I pressed about why the goods were stuck in a van at Wrexham for several days. The parcel arrived a whole week late. The hemp seed oil gift set boxes were crumpled because of insufficient protection in the vendor's parcelling, meaning that I will not be able to give these as Christmas presents to my two yoga friends. Bad communication and packaging. Very late delivery. Not satisfactory at all.
