  Arrived well packaged and worked beautifully as soon as I took it out the box.One minor issue was the WiFi adaptor was missing however the company were very lovely and replied the same day I got the package and sent me one via 1st class post with no issues and no extra charges.Would definitely buy from again, excellent, polite and friendly.Machine is also rather clean and runs quietly which is unusual for 2nd hand machine. Strongly recommend.Will be looking to do business in the future

  The monitor arrived well packaged and looked to be in good condition. It works fairly well except for the relatively small issue that the front power button is stuck and inoperable. The seller responded by issuing a partial refund. I am very happy with the resolution and would buy from this seller again.
