    This item arrived a bit late due to delay issues with the delivery company. The seller did reply quickly to my communication when I contacted them to say it hadn't arrived. The cable was delivered a few days later and it is exactly as described, so we are very happy with the item itself. It was dispatched quickly, just not delivered as quickly as promised.

    Item, packaging and seller were perfect. BUT …..the courier Evri did not contact me for delivery. The delivery man left parcel outside the block of flats, in the rain. Could have been stolen. Never rang the bell to my flat. Seller should speak to Evri for me and for his future business.

    As a main stream item, can't really comment on quality or packing etc as knew what to expect from a product that already know is great ... what is positive is the price this seller sells them at. They've reduced their margin and should make their money by more frequent sales, I'm not complaining at that Can't comment on communication as none was required ... which in its own way is great as I had no reason to contact them concerning time or packaging ... cheers
