  Delivery was as per turn around estimated. Parcel box arrived damaged and torn on the side heavily. When parcel box was opened, my item was not in the parcel box so I sent a message to seller with pictures attached and opened a refund request on that basis. Sellers tone of reply was unhelpful like they were not interested and their reply was well it was delivered which the parcel box was but my order was not inside the box. Ebay refunded my money.
